uVu (pronounced you-view) is a unique video-content site created by WPBT Channel 2. This site brings together the education, art and culture of South Florida through video clips from WPBT’s best programming, local organizations, as well as user-generated videos.

Using uVu

Viewing Videos
There are three ways to view video clips on uVu:
• Browse: Click on one of the four sections to view clips based on that theme.
• Categories: Once you click on a section you can view videos by category (such as art, health, science, etc.)
• Search: The top of each page contains a search box that lets you find videos based on the keywords you type.
Once you find a video simply click the CLICK TO PLAY link, watch and enjoy. You do not need to register to view the videos.

You can also comment on a video or send it to a friend. To post a comment you must become a VuFinder, then click the POST A COMMENT link under the video. Type your comments in the blue box and click the POST button.

Click the EMAIL TO A FRIEND link located directly under each video to send a link to the clip you are watching to someone you know.

Becoming a VuFinder:

In order to post videos and comments you need to register to become a VuFinder. As a VuFinder you will also receive updates about the site and participate in surveys.
• Click the link BECOME A VUFINDER at the top of the page
• Fill out the registration form and you’re done!
• Registration is Free

Posting Videos:
• To post a video click UPLOAD YOUR VU
• Fill out the form and click submit
• Your video will post automatically
