Life Income
Trusts
Deferred gifts may be made in the form of a Charitable Remainder Trust that
pays a lifetime income to the donor or to a family member. At your death or
the death of a named beneficiary, the remainder passes to Channel 2 to create
a fund for whatever purposes you have specified.
Charitable
Lead Trusts
This is the converse of the Charitable Remainder Trust. The pre-determined
payments are made to the Program Trust Fund during your lifetime, or for a
specific number of years, and then the assets of the trust revert back to you
or your designee.
