gather in Miami to negotiate an agreement to remove trade barriers
in the Western Hemisphere. Supporters, including the Bush Administration,
say the FTAA will spur economic growth. Critics fear the FTAA will
spur job loss and environmental damage. Will the agreement’s
benefits really outweigh its costs? And, what might the FTAA mean
to Florida?
