The Channel 2 Auction is a unique online and on-air fundraising event attracting viewers throughout Miami, the Florida Keys, Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches. The Auction is broadcast live April 25th and 26th. It highlights a spectacular variety of auction items. Viewers may call in to place their bids during the live event. Preview items beginning February 28th, and bid online up to one month prior, beginning March 28, 2009.

• How do I donate to the Channel 2 Auction?
  Participation is simple; just download Auction Information, Benefits and Donor Form, then e-mail Nial Martin or call us at (305) 949-1922 for more information. Items must have a minimum retail value of $100. The more you give, the more promotion you will receive. We promote the Channel 2 Auction in our monthly member program guide to over 40,000 households. There is promotion on our website prior to and during the event showcasing a description, value and even a hyperlink to your own website.
  
  
• What are the benefits for the different levels of donation?
  Benefit levels vary along with contribution levels. The following lists contribution levels and the benefits associated with each.
  
  For donations valued at $10,000 and over:
  - 45-second pre-taped spot featured a minimum of six times during the auction.
  - 15 second on air introduction of your company and donation.
  - A minimum of 6 recap mentions of your donation on air.
  - Footage of item, if received in time, will be included in pre-auction on air spots.
  - Donation will be included in press announcements and advertising.
  - Link and description of item provided to your website from the auction website.
  
  Auction items valued from $5,000 and up to $9,999:
  -45-second pre-taped spot featured a minimum of four times during the auction.
  -15 second on air introduction of your company and donation.
  -A minimum of 4 recap mentions of your donation on air.
  -Footage of item, if received in time, will be included in pre-auction on air spots.
  -Donation will be included in press announcements and advertising.
  -Link and description of item provided to your website from the auction website.
  
  Auction items valued from $2,500 - $4,999:
  -Donation will be shown three times on air during auction with three images/logo
  -45-second script will describe the item and your company mentioned on air.
  -A minimum of 3 recap mentions of your donation on air.
  -Footage of item, if received in time, will be included in pre-auction on air spots.
  -Link and description of item provided to your website from the auction website.
  
  Auction items valued from $1000 - $2,499:
  -Donation will be shown twice on air with your logo and 1 image.
  -30-second script will describe the item and your company mentioned on air.
  -There will be 2 recap mentions of your donation on air.
  -Your company and a description of your donation will be featured on our website.
  -Link provided to your company website from the auction website.
  
  Auction items valued from $250 - $999:
  -Scroll of your company name and logo will be shown once on air.
  -Your donation will be shown with logo online for 8 weeks.
  -Item description with company name, address & phone number listed online.
  -Link provided to your company website from the auction website.

  -Your donation will be shown with logo online for 8 weeks.
